Can guests cancel without calling?
Yes. The confirmation email has a link to view or cancel the booking, so a guest who can't come can free the table in seconds instead of simply not turning up.
What if I mark a guest as a no-show by mistake?
Change the booking back to confirmed and the no-show is removed from the guest's record as well, so nobody is labelled unfairly.
Do last-minute bookings get a reminder too?
No. A guest who books inside the reminder window has only just booked, so ResSeek does not send them a reminder straight away.
