When you sign up, every Business plan feature is open for 7 days and we do not ask for a card. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep taking bookings. If you do not, your venue stays listed on the marketplace but stops taking bookings.
No. You pay only the monthly plan price. We take nothing from your bookings, and deposits go straight to your own payment link.

Yes, there is no contract. Cancel from your panel and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Nothing is deleted. Your venue stays visible on the marketplace without taking bookings, and everything picks up where you left off once you choose a plan again.
Yes, you can move up at any time. Moving down to Pro needs a single venue, because Pro covers one venue.
FoodSafe OS is our separate food safety system for HACCP records. It is included in Enterprise, and access opens automatically while your account is on that plan.
