1. What ResSeek is
ResSeek is a booking platform and a directory. Venues (restaurants, cafés, pubs, wine bars and similar businesses) subscribe to ResSeek to manage their bookings and, where their city is live, to be listed in the directory. Guests use ResSeek to find venues and to book tables.
2. Bookings are with the venue
When you book through ResSeek, your booking is a reservation with the venue, not with ResSeek. The venue decides whether it accepts a booking, how long a table is held and how it handles cancellations; each venue's cancellation policy is shown on its page before you book. ResSeek does not take payment for bookings.
3. Offers and deals
Offers shown on ResSeek are published by the venue. An offer is recorded on your booking exactly as it was worded when you booked, and the venue applies it in person. Offers can be limited in number, time and party size; when an offer runs out, it is no longer shown or applied.
4. How results are ordered
Search results are ordered by a published score. The parameters and their weights are described on the How we rank page, which is part of these terms. A venue cannot pay to improve its position; any sponsored placement would be labelled as such.
5. Acceptable use
Do not make bookings you do not intend to keep, create bookings for other people without their consent, or attempt to disrupt venues' availability. Venues may decline future bookings from guests who repeatedly do not show up.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
